Requirements
-For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: -
- i. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following social sciences disciplines: Public Relations, Communication, Diplomacy, International Relations, or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
- ii. Proficiency in computer application skills

Duties and Responsibilities
-i. Ushering official delegations;
- ii. Assisting in organizing hospitality and logistics for official delegations;
- iii. Keeping and updating information on official delegations;
- iv. Scheduling and mmaintaining calendar of VIP ceremonies, Conferences and special events;
- v. Assisting in organizing official events
- vi. Processing of passports and other travel documents;
- vii. Assisting in organizing sitting arrangements in events
