Q : I have forgotten my account password, What do i do ?
Click on Login link on the top menu
Click on the forgot password link under login , input your email address and National ID/ passport. Also input the characters displayed and click reset password. The new password will be displayed on the screen. Be sure to change your password once you have logged in.

Q: Whenever, i try to login or sign up, i get a message "You must submit the word that appears in the image.How do i proceed?

Reload the characters shown in the image and enter them as displayed on the image that appears ( the characters are case sensitive). Be sure to reload until you have 5 characters showing

Q: if i try to sign up, i get an error message "New User Registration Unsuccessful - The ID submitted already exists. Choose another ID or login

This means that you had already registered into the system with the ID /Passport. In this case, proceed to login. Incase you have forgotten the password, refer to previous question on resetting password.

Q: How do i know if i have been shortlisted for the position advertised ?
After a job has been closed and shortlisting has been done, the shortlist and details will be available on the system. Go to the top menu, click on "Past Vacancies and Status", the search for the job whose status you are looking for. Then click on "view shortlisted" in the table against the job you want as shown above.

Q: How do i know if my profile is complete
seal In your account, click on "My profile" link on the top menu.or "View Profile Summary" link on the sidebar. All information will be displayed. Any sections with missing information will also be highlighted and a link provided to enter the same.

Q: Incase of issues, whom do i contact ?
Send an email to jobs@judiciary.go.ke . Please attach the snapshot of the error message if any for ease of assistance.

Q: Is my profile retained in the system for future use ?
Yes. The profile is retained in the system for future use and to enable you to apply for jobs easily. You do not have to register again or fill your profile again the next time a job comes up. Simply edit the profile if you need to and apply.

Q: Once i have filled all profile information,how do i proceed to apply for the position?
---Create your account by clicking the Sign up link above ( For applicants who have never signed up before).
---Incase you have signed up before, proceed to login to your account by clicking the Login link above.
---Once logged in, you are required to fill your profile as guided by the links on the left side bar shown below

( You can check the completion status of your profile by clicking on the My Profile link on the top menu of your account

*** If profile is complete,
---Go to the "Vacancies" link at the top menu( shown above).A list of job openings will be displayed
---Click on details to view more information about the job. A page with an "Apply for this job" link will appear ( Only if profile is complete)
---Click on the apply link once you confirm and this job will appear on the "My Jobs" window.
---You can monitor the status of your job application from "My Jobs"
---You can also delete/cancel a job you have applied for from "My Jobs"
---An email will be sent to your mail box when the status of your application changes.
