Requirements |
-For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: - |
-
i. Bachelor’s degree in any of the following social sciences disciplines: Public Relations, Communication, Diplomacy, or International Relations, any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; |
-
ii. A Professional Diploma qualification in any of the Following: Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Corporate Communication or any other relevant qualifications from a recognized university |
-institution; |
-
iii. A Senior Management Course from a recognized institution; |
-
iv. Proficiency in computer application; |
-
v. Membership to a relevant professional body with good standing |
-
i. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ii. Leadership & Good interpersonal skills; |
-
iii. Professional and Technical competence; |
-
Experience: |
-
i. Minimum of Six (6) Years relevant work experience |
-
ii. At least three (3) years at Supervisory Management Level |

Duties and Responsibilities |
-Implementing Judiciary protocol processes, procedures, standards and guidelines |
-
ii. Planning and organizing of incoming and outgoing Judiciary visits; |
-
iii. Maintaining contacts of local and foreign stakeholders; |
-
iv. Coordinating protocols of all VIP ceremonies, meetings and special events; |
-
v. Organizing and coordinating of official events; |
-
vi. Coordinating processing of passports and other travel documents; |
-
vii. Receiving, accompanying and seeing off official delegations and Judiciary guests; |
-
viii. Maintaining linkages with other institutions and stakeholders; |
-
ix. Engaging with government officials and other stakeholders on events
planning; and |
-
x. Preparing of periodic departmental reports |
