The job holder will be responsible for supporting development and reviewing of data collection tools, and undertake data collection, collation and analysis. |

Reporting Responsibilities |

The job holder will be responsible to Planning and Research Officer I. |

For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: - |
-
i.A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Public |
- Policy Administration, Social Sciences, Project Management or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; |
-
ii.Proficiency in computer application; |
-
iii.Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution. |

Duties and Responsibilities |
- i.Undertaking courts caseload data collection, collation, and analysis; |
-
ii.Cleaning Courts’ caseload data for quality checks, completeness, accuracy and consistency; |
-
iii.Preparing quarterly and annual court statistics reports; |
-
iv.Maintaining and updating Courts caseload database; |
-
v.Supporting monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on the implementation of policies, projects, programs, strategic plans, and work plans; |
-
vi.Supporting development and review of monitoring and evaluation tools systems and procedures; |
-
vii.Compiling of programs progress reports from implementing units; |
-
viii.Supporting conduct of feasibility studies, surveys and research on emerging issues, and best practices to inform policy decisions; |
-
ix.Ensuring safe custody of Projects, programmes, policies, statistics, records, documents, and published reports; and |
-
x.Supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual projects, programmes, and policy reports. |
