Requirements
- The job holder will be responsible for supporting development and reviewing of data collection tools, and undertake data collection, collation and analysis.
- Reporting Responsibilities
- The job holder will be responsible to Senior Planning and Research Officer.
- For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: -
- i.A bachelor’s degree in economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Public
- Policy Administration Project Management, or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- ii.Proficiency in computer application;
- iii.A management course or its equivalent
- iv.Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
- Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years relevant work-experience with at least one (1) year at Supervisory Level.

Duties and Responsibilities
- i.Assisting in the development and review of caseload data collection tools; protocols, and procedures;
- ii.Undertaking data collection, collation, and analysis of court statistics, Projects, programs, and policies;
- iii.Cleaning Courts’ caseload data for quality checks, completeness, and consistency;
- iv.Compiling periodic caseload statistics reports and briefs on courts;
- v.Maintaining and updating Courts caseload database;
- vi.Assisting in conducting research on topical issues;
- vii.Undertaking capacity building on caseload data collection and analysis;
- viii.Undertaking feasibility studies, surveys and research on emerging issues, and best practices in caseload statistics management;
- ix.Supporting development and review of monitoring and evaluation tools; systems and procedures;
- x.Compiling monitoring and evaluation reports for Projects, programmes, and policies of implementing units;
- xi.Preparing of quarterly and annual caseload, projects, programmes, and policy reports;
- xii.Ensuring safe custody of Projects, programmes, policies, statistics, records, documents, and published reports; and
- xiii.Supervising, mentoring, and coaching staff.
