Requirements
-Job Purpose:
- The job holder will be responsible for developing and reviewing data collection, monitoring and evaluation tools, undertaking data collection, collation and analysis and preparing reports.
- Reporting Responsibilities
- The job holder will be responsible to Assistant Director, Planning and Organization Performance
- For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: -
- i.A bachelor’s degree in economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Project Management, Public
- Policy Administration, or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- ii.A Course in Senior Management or its equivalent its equivalent from a recognized institution;
- iii.Proficiency in computer applications skills
- iv.Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
- Experience:
- Minimum six (6) years relevant work-experience with at least three (3) years at Supervisory or Management Level.

Duties and Responsibilities
-i.Developing and reviewing caseload data collection tools, systems, protocols, and procedures;
- ii.Undertaking Courts caseload data collection, collation, and analysis;
- iii.Monitoring quality of caseload data collection, and analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality;
- iv.Compiling periodic caseload statistics reports for courts;
- v.Monitoring maintenance and updating Courts caseload databases;
- vi.Conducting capacity building on policies, projects, programs, caseload data collection, validation, quality and data management;
- vii.Undertaking monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on the implementation of policies, projects, programs, strategic plans, and work plans;
- viii.Developing and reviewing monitoring and evaluation tools;
- ix.Preparing analytical reports and briefs of projects, programmes, and policies;
- x.Conducting feasibility studies, surveys and research on emerging issues, and best practices in Projects, programs, and policies;
- xi.Preparing quarterly and annual Projects, programmes and policies reports;
- xii.Identifying and designing of projects and programs in the Judiciary;
- xiii.Undertaking research on emerging issues and best practices in planning, monitoring, and evaluation;
- xiv.Ensuring safe custody of caseload statistics records, documents, policies, projects and published reports;
- xv.Preparing Quarterly and Annual Court Statistical reports;
- xvi.Assisting in preparing strategic documents, proposals, board papers, concept notes work plans, budget, and procurement plans; and
- xvii.Conducting performance management, mentoring, guidance and counselling of staff.
