Requirements
- Experience
- Have at least 7 years working experience in the legal sector;
- Demonstrated competence and experience in Legal Research;
- Management
- administrative experience of at least 5 years;
- Knowledge and experience of legal terminology and the court process;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Job Purpose
-
- The Regional Judicial Services Coordinator serves as the liaison between the Judiciary’s administrative offices and the courts throughout the Region. The stations in a Region may be between 6 and 10. The jobholder will coordinate judicial services in the Region and provide leadership to Station Judicial Services Court Administrators.
- The incumbent will be expected to:-

- 1. Coordinate and provide strategic leadership to Court Judicial Services Administrators in areas of case flow management and records management;
- 2. Discuss and agree on improvements in the orderly flow of proceedings;
- 3. Answer questions from parties and the public on various aspects of the Court;
- 4. Ensure improvement in the maintenance of case files, establish and update case files, enter case information into computerized case management system for the Region;
- 5. Work with Station Court Judicial Services Administrators in programme planning;
- 6. Develop, recommend and assist with implementation of strategic objectives, policies, and procedures;
- 7. Provide case flow management, financial and records management training
-assistance to Stations;
- 8. Assist the Station Administrators in organizing the workload in a manner that provides for timely disposition of cases and optimized judicial productivity;
- 9. Answer advanced public inquires on case statuses, availability and location of records;
- 10. Act as a liaison between the Court, the public and other parties to ensure that cases proceed smoothly and efficiently;
- 11. Ensure the provision of the level of customer service necessary without giving legal advice;
- 12. Provide assistance to staff members with best practices, legislative change or administrative orders;
- 13. Ensure the maintenance of the integrity of the filing system by means of monitoring proper access and maintaining timely and accurate filings;
- 14. Assist in and
-or leads special projects as needed or assigned;
- 15. Mentor and coaches Station Administrators in Judicial Services; and
- 16. Any other duty as assigned by the Deputy Registrar.
