Requirements
-Experience:
- The ideal candidate should;

- • Have at least 6 years experience leading a relevant professional function of a busy organization;
- • Be proficient in computer applications with strong emphasis on data and financial management software;
- • Have knowledge and general experience in Financial Management, Human Resource Management, ICT, and Facilities management; and
- • Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution and be of high moral character, integrity and impartiality.
- Qualifications:

- Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Professional qualification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Public Secretary (CPS)

Duties and Responsibilities
-Job Purpose: Under the direction of the Regional Finance and Human Resources Coordinator and the Head of Station, the Court Administrator plans, organizes, and directs court administrative activities. The position serves as a manager to administrative support functions of the court station to ensure that Judicial officers (Magistrates, Kadhis, and Judges) get the support they need to meet the judiciary mandate. As a senior administrative position within the administrative unit of the court station, the position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance in all administrative areas with emphasis on the development and implementation of efficient and cohesive administrative processes and practices. The job holder allocates duties and supervises the performance of administrative and finance staff at the Station.

- Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will:-
- 1. Plan, organize, and direct all activities to provide required support for court services in accordance with court rules, applicable laws, and policies;
- 2. Determine organizational requirements in regards to support services and assign staff as needed to develop and maintain smooth operations of the Station;
- 3. Manage the procurement function such as procuring equipment and supplies,
- 4. Oversee the finance and accounting function of the Station;
- 5. Oversee the preparation, maintenance, updating, analysing and reconciliation of a variety of accounting reports, financial statements, and other financial reports;
- 6. Determine court facility needs, plans office layout and space utilization, works with facility committees, architects, and other interested parties to obtain facility alterations and additions;
- 7. Interact with judges, staff of other courts, attorneys, local officials, media representatives, staff of governmental and private agencies, and the public to explain and interpret judicial administrative policies and activities;
- 8. Identify needs for, establish and direct the development of policies, standards, and work procedures affecting all of the judicial administrative operations;
- 9. Establish priorities, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of resource utilization and value for money;
- 10. Develop and implement methods to improve support services within the Station;
- 11. Investigate, analyze, and resolve problems related to coordination and operation of the Station;
- 12. Supervise professional, clerical and administrative support staff; and
- 13. Orient, train, assign work, review, mentor, counsel and evaluate performance of direct reports.
