Requirements
- 1. Possess a Masters degree in Human Resource Management
-Industrial Relations
- Public or Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from a recognized University
- Institution;
2. Have at least 6 Years experience in leading the Human Resource or Administration function of a busy organization;
3. Be a member of a relevant professional organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Regional Resident Judge (and functionally to the Director, Human Resource & Administration) the incumbent will provide leadership in Human Resource and Administration functions in a small region. The size of a Region is determined by the number of court stations in the Region. The Principal, Human Resource & Administration Officer will co-ordinate a number of sections in the Human Resource and Administration Directorate at the Regional Headquarters and will be the overall in-charge of the devolved Human Resource & Administration function in the Counties and Court Stations in the Region. Duties and responsibilities will depend on the area of deployment and will be similar to those of the Assistant Director Human Resource & Administration but for the smaller region.

In addition to the specifications given for each of the jobs the applicants should have the following core competencies:
1. Excellent planning and organizational skills;
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare and present concise oral and written reports;
3. Be a person of high integrity and ethical conduct;
4. Have strong leadership skills;
5. Have clear understanding of the role of Judiciary in realizing the demands of the Constitution, Vision 2030 goals and other policy documents of the Judiciary
6. Have good Information Communication Technology skills;
7. Have good customer care and public relations skills;
8. Have good interpersonal relations skills and be a team player;
9. Have the ability to work under minimal supervision;
10. Have clear understanding of the role of Judiciary in realizing the demands of the Constitution, Vision 2030 goals and other policy documents of the Judiciary;
11. Be a person of high integrity and ethical conduct;
12. Have strong leadership skills.
Possession of managerial skills in planning, budgeting and project management will be desirable for all these positions.
