Requirements | |
-For appointment to this position, an applicant must be in possession of the following minimum qualifications:- (i) Have a Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution; (ii) Possess a post graduate training in Monitoring and Evaluation; (iii) Have a Masters Degree in applied research, economics, strategic planning or related field; (iv) Have at least six (6) years relevant work experience; and (v) Have shown merit and ability in work performance and results; (vi) Demonstrate excellent analysis and writing skills; (vii) Be proficient in computer applications; and (viii) Must meet the requirements set out in Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya. | |
Duties and Responsibilities | |
-The successful candidates will be deployed to head the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit of the Commission and will be reporting to both the Registrar, JSC and the Director Performance Management. Specific duties will include:- (i) Spearheading and co-ordinating the strategies, policies and guidelines of the JSC into the Judiciary operations and carrying out the monitoring and evaluation of various activities of the Judiciary on behalf of the JSC; (ii) Developing a monitoring and evaluation plan; (iii) Collecting data and compiling periodic reports; and (iv) Identifying, assessing, mitigating, monitoring and reporting on risks | |
