| Duties and Responsibilities | |
| - Successful applicants will be retained on the Mediation Accreditation Committee’s panel of accredited mediators and may, from time to time, be allocated to handle cases that will have been screened and certified for mediation. | |

| - Any other document as provided by the Accreditation Standards or requested by MAC prior to Accreditation. | |
