Requirements
-• Providing strategic leadership and direction for the five functions within the Division including Finance, Human Resource, Administration, Supply Chain Management and Information Technology;
• Directing the development of the Division’s short-term and long-term goals and objectives through an integrated performance management system;
• Designing and developing initiatives to address emerging developments and technologies in the Division;
• Developing and ensuring that appropriate control systems, policies and procedures are in place for the Division; and • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Administration Division.
Duties and Responsibilities
-• Masters degree in Finance or Business Administration;
• Eight (8) years of managerial experience, three (3) of which should be at Senior Management level in Finance, Human Resource, Administration, Supply Chain Management and Information Technology Management;
• Professional qualifications such as CPA (K) or ACCA;
• Advanced knowledge of financial laws and procedures as well as practices in Human Resource, Administration, Supply Chain Management and Information Technology;
• Strong leadership and management skills; and
• Sound judgment and decision making abilities.
Important Information
-Reporting to the Director of the School, this position is responsible for providing strategic direction in the structuring, staffing and operations of the Judicial Education and Curriculum Development Division of the School.
