Requirements
-The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
- • Five (5) years’ experience in networking, systems administration and IT support in a fast paced or rapidly growing organization;
- • Advanced knowledge and experience in implementing IT related policies and procedures;
- • Ability and willingness to continuously stay up to date with relevant technological advancements in the market; and
- • Ability to be adaptable and flexible

Duties and Responsibilities
-Reporting to the Deputy Director Finance and Administration, this position is responsible for developing, implementing and managing all ICT initiatives to support the mandate of the Institute
- The Key Responsibilities for this role will include: • Developing IT policies and procedures and ensuring their continuous review;
- • Supporting Divisions of the Institute in leveraging IT solutions to meet their goals through the use of appropriate technologies in distance or ex-situ judicial education platforms, case management systems and other functional areas;
- • Managing the Institute’s local area network, Wi-Fi, internet and related forms of connectivity;
- • Ensuring network security through installation of appropriate hardware and software and
- • Overseeing maintenance, upgrades and repairs of ICT equipment
