-The successful candidate will possess: 1. A Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field; a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution will be an added advantage; 2. At least five years experience in managing the rewards and compensation (payroll) function of a large and reputable organization. Duties and Responsibilities | |
-The incumbent will be required to: 1. Ensure professional career planning and succession management; 2. Develop the staff mobility team; 3. Implement career progression policy; 4. Review policy and schemes associated career progression; 5. Keep up to date with employment law related to recruitment and advise management; 6. Monitor Human Resource Planning interventions including staff transfers, placement, deployments and promotions. | |

-Overall purpose of the job Reporting to the to the Assistant Director, Recruitment and Staff Mobility, the incumbent will provide leadership and operational support In all matters relating to staff mobility.
