Requirements
-The successful candidate will possess:
1. A Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field; a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution will be an added advantage;
2. At least five years experience in the recruitment function of a large and reputable organization;

In addition, applicants for the positions under Human Resource and Administration must;
1. Be a member of relevant professional body;
2. Be a team player;
3. Possess strong organizational and analytical skills;
4. Be self motivated, capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision;
5. Possess excellent management , communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Be computer literate and familiar with standard office computer applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
-The incumbent will be required to:-
1. Manage and develop staff recruitment processes by ensuring that all aspects of job description, person specifications as well as selection criteria is accurately prepared;
2. Develop the recruitment and staff team;
3. Maintain staff retirement projections and labour turnover trends
4. Keep up to date with employment law related to recruitment and advise;
5. Receive and analyze job applications for decision making;
6. Coordinate short listing of candidates and subsequent Interviews;
7. Develops and coordinates Induction programmers for new employees.

-Overall purpose of the job
Reporting to the to the Assistant Director, Recruitment and Staff Mobility, the incumbent will provide leadership and operational support in all matters regarding recruitment of staff. This includes implementation of the Human Resources Management policies, rules, standards and procedures governing terms and conditions of service.
