Requirements
-The successful candidate will have:
1. Possess a Masters degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relation or Public or Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from a recognized University or Institution;
2. Have at least 9 Years experience in Human Resource management 5 of which should be in managing organizational development of a large and reputable organization;

In addition, applicants for the positions under Human Resource and Administration must;
1. Be a member of relevant professional body;
2. Be a team player;
3. Possess strong organizational and analytical skills;
4. Be self motivated, capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision;
5. Possess excellent management , communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Be computer literate and familiar with standard office computer applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be required to:-
1. Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with other managers and Human Resources and Administration Division;
2. Design and develop training and development programmes based on both the organization's and the individual's needs;
3. Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme;
4. Develop effective induction programmes;
5. Conducting appraisals;
6. Develop annual training and development plan for the organization; 7. Manage the delivery of training and development programmes devising a training strategy for the organization;
8. Monitor and review the progress of training programmes;
9. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met;
10. Evaluate training and development programmes;
11. Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
5. Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and- or delivery or e-learning packages

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Human Resource, the incumbent will provide leadership in the area of organizational development.
The Assistant Director, Organizational Development will be responsible for staff training, development and performance management in order to ensure that employee training and development needs are identified and addressed appropriately.
