| Requirements |
| - For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have: - |
| -
i. A Diploma in any of the following disciplines: - Architectural |
| -Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized institution; |
| -
ii. Registered with a relevant recognized professional body; |
| -
iii. Proficiency in computer applications; and |
| -
iv. Met the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution. |
| -
Experience: |
| -
Minimum three (3) years relevant work experience. |
| -

| Duties and Responsibilities |
| - Key Duties and Responsibilities: |
| -
i. Preparing draft technical drawings according to the given specifications; |
| -
ii. Detailing of architectural and engineering plans; |
| -
iii. Translating the architect and engineers rough sketches; |
| -
iv. Carryout site measurements to allow designs to be done and drawings production; |
| -
v. Indicating dimensions and materials for new or existing structures being modified; |
| -
vi. Preparing multiple versions of designs for review; |
| -
vii. Compiling data and specifications sheets; |
| -
viii. Revising drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements; and |
| -
ix. Incorporating safety procedures and issues in installation and construction drawing. |

• A recognized Credit Reference Bureau;and |
| -
• Clearancefromrelevantprofessionalbody. |
