| - For appointment to this level an officer must have;- (i) Served in the grade of Planning and Budgeting officer I or in a comparable position in the Public Service or a reputable private sector organization for a minimum period of three (3) years; (ii) A minimum of an Upper Second Class Honors degree in Economics or Economics and Mathematics, Finance or Economics and Statistics from a recognized institution; and (iii) Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results. | |
