Requirements | |
-(b) Requirements for appointment:- i Hold a degree in Law, Management, Administration or other Social Sciences, from a university recognized in Kenya; | |
- ii Have at least ten (10) years proven experience at management level; and | |
- iii Meets the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya. | |

Duties and Responsibilities | |
-The Secretary of the Sports Disputes Tribunal shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:- | |
- i daily supervision and administration of activities at the Tribunal, | |
- ii countersigning legal documents, | |
- iii advising claimants and respondents on position procedure of cases verbally and though correspondence, | |
- iv coordinating Tribunal sittings and registry system, | |
- v ensuring prudent and economic utilization of budgetary allocation, | |
- vi attending Heads of Departments and other meetings on behalf of the tribunal, | |
- vii enhancing awareness on role and mandate of the Tribunal through advertisements, public awareness campaigns and leaders meetings, | |
- viii and managing the day to day affairs of the Tribunal; and | |
- ix advising the Principal Secretary on events at the Tribunal including policy issues. | |

-PLS 15 Basic Salary per month (Min-Max) Kshs 210,000 – 265,717 | |
