Requirements
-The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

- • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Education or other related field;
- • Five (5) years’ experience as a lecturer or law practitioner writing curriculum
-instructional materials for adults;
- • Expert knowledge and experience in adult learning principles and curriculum development;
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills and
- • Ability to be creative and innovative.

Duties and Responsibilities
-Reporting to the Deputy Director, Judicial Education and Curriculum Development, this position is responsible for designing and implementing the institute’s curricula for judicial education and professional training.

- The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- • Designing multi-disciplinary judicial education and professional training programmes and activities;
- • Conducting training needs assessments to determine the judicial education and professional needs for various categories of trainees;
- • Coordinating, planning and managing the delivery of the various judicial education and professional training programmes and related activities and
- • Researching, designing and implementing teaching techniques and computerized applications for judicial education and professional training.
