Requirements | |
-The successful candidate will possess: 1. A Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field; a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution will be an added advantage; 2. At least five years experience in managing the rewards and compensation (payroll) function of a large and reputable organization. In addition, applicants for the positions under Human Resource and Administration must; 1. Be a member of relevant professional body; 2. Be a team player; 3. Duties and Responsibilities | |
-The incumbent will be required to; 1. Implement remuneration and compensation policy and procedures; 2. Manage the payroll production and salary administration process; 3. Implement staff statutory and third party deductions for onward transmission to the relevant authorities; 4. Maintain the organization’s pay system and structure; 5. Develop and implement an award scheme; 6. Undertake payroll Audits and surveys 7. Develop monthly payroll reports. | |
